The Radian model 1 upper receiver and hand guard are meticulously CNC machined as a harmonized set, reinforced strategically in key areas to bolster strength and rigidity. Crafted from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, the upper receiver is equipped with a dust cover, hand guard anti-rotation pin, lightweight forward assist and the Raptor-SD ambidextrous charging handle. The hand guard features Magpul M-LOK slots for mounting accessories, secured to the barrel nut with four nitride-coated steel fasteners.
