Luth-AR Upper w/ 1913 Rail for AR-15 builds. Fully assembled A3 flattop upper receiver in .223 Remington / 5.56 NATO, machined from 7075-T6 aluminum forging and hardcoat anodized black. Features include M4-type feed ramps, a 12-position Picatinny (1913) rail for mounting scopes or flip-up sights, shell deflector, forward assist, and ejection port cover.
