Faxon Match Series AR-15 .223 Wylde 16in Gunner Mid-Length Upper combines durability with pencil-like weight savings for a fast, well-balanced rifle. This is a barreled upper, not a complete firearm, designed to mate with a compatible lower receiver for a suppressed-ready AR-15 platform. Features a Faxon Match Series Gunner-profile barrel and a purpose-built upper receiver with modified feed ramps to promote reliable cycling. Suppressor-ready configuration suitable for common muzzle devices and suppressors. Chambered in .223 Wylde for match-grade precision with .223 Rem while accommodating 5.56 NATO pressures. 416R stainless steel, 5R button rifling with 1:8 twist; bore salt bath nitrided inside and out for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Barrel is stress relieved, air-gauge tested, MPI (magnetic particle inspected), and headspace verified.
