The Faxon Firearms ARAK21 12.5" Upper is an AR-15 platform upper featuring a gas piston system for enhanced reliability and performance.
It integrates with an existing lower receiver using only the take-down and pivot pins (no tools required). The Barrel Assembly Unit (BAU) included with the ARAK21 houses the barrel, gas block, muzzle brake, gas piston, gas adjuster, and barrel trunnion. The gas adjuster knob has four settings, including a single-shot operation mode.
The upper also includes a charging block, a standard charging handle, and three aluminum full-length Picatinny rails. A dual recoil spring system and bolt carrier assembly are included for smooth operation.
Package includes an owner's manual and two Allen wrenches for assembly of the lower forearm and front Picatinny rails.
