The L89 V2 upper features SOLGW's Drivelock design with three wedges that interface with the proprietary barrel nut to clamp the rail onto the barrel nut and drive the handguard rearward toward the upper receiver. The slightly larger ID of that extrusion provides more real estate around the gas block and increased rigidity. This 16.5 inch upper is chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and finished in anodized black with an M-LOK rail. Bolt carrier group and charging handle are not included.
