The IMI Defense Z-Shaped Carry Handle Mount is designed for M16A1/A2 rifles and compatible carry handle mounts.
- Fits NATO STANAG/1913 Picatinny and Weaver-style ring/scope systems
- Self-locking thumb nut designed to fit into the carry handle opening for persistent zero hold
- Z Extension Rail mounted on a standard GI handguard using two screws
- Quick-detach (QD) slots on both sides
- Integrated channel allows use of iron sights without obstruction
- Locks on GI standard AR-15/M-4 Carbine handguards (exclusive fit)
- MIL-STD 1913 rail profile: 14 slots on top and 13 slots on bottom
