The Blackout Defense Quantum DTL pistol chambered in 6mm ARC is a compact, high‑performance AR‑style platform built around the Quantum DTL system. Key features include a 12.5" heavy‑profile 416R stainless steel barrel with 5R rifling and 1:8 twist, Dual Taper Lock (DTL) self‑centering lockup, and a Flat Dark Earth finish. The slick side upper receiver pairs with a 7‑sided M‑LOK handguard for a rigid, low‑profile platform and features ambidextrous controls including a bolt catch, magazine release, and 45/90‑degree selector. The system uses a Stryker ambidextrous charging handle and the Zero Short Reset Trigger for crisp, rapid follow‑ups. The muzzle device is KeyMo‑compatible for easy suppressor integration. The barrel can be cryogenically treated or finished in black nitride, and the bolt carrier group is MPI/HP‑tested on 8620 steel. Integrated QD sling mounts enhance mobility.
