Black Rain Ordnance SPEC15 suppressor-ready complete upper receiver designed for suppressed direct-impingement builds. Features a 10.5 inch stainless steel barrel with 1:7 twist and 1/2x28 threading, paired with a 12 inch hybrid M-Lok handguard. Includes a Nickel-Boron coated bolt carrier group for reliability and a direct-impingement upper. Ready to install on an AR-15 platform for suppressed applications.
