The Alexander Arms UST-17ST upper receiver assembly includes an 18" button-rifled, 1:10 twist barrel that is stainless (S/S) and threaded 1/2-28 RH for standard .223/5.56 muzzle devices. It ships with a mid-length G10 fiberglass composite free-floating handguard. This package includes the lower receiver conversion parts kit and two 10-round magazines. Designed with a blowback operating system, the upper is fully compatible with standard lowers by installing the included parts kit.
