Maxim Defense MDX 505 PDX SCW PDW Brace Upper Kit for AR-15 platforms. Upper kit designed to install on Mil-Spec lowers and to support PDW/SCW configurations. Overall length 14 in, barrel length 5.5 in, weight 5 lb, free-Float handguard, and hatebrake muzzle device. Stock/brace materials include 6AL-4V Titanium, 6061 Aluminum, 7075 Aluminum, and 17-4 Stainless Steel. Finish is Type III Hardcoat Anodized. PDX/SCW compatibility, Picatinny rail, and AR-15 compatibility. Caliber options across variants include 5.56 NATO, 300 AAC Blackout, and 7.62x39. Includes Hatebrake installed under the handguard and a modular, M-slot compatible handguard with a SCW buffer-carrier and HK height rail for a rigid upper receiver. Designed to be installed on Mil-Spec lower receivers.
