The Lead & Steel Just As Good 5.56mm 16in Upper Receiver Group is an intermediate-tier AR-15 upper group intended for the commercial market. Note: JAG uppers are sold stripped without a BCG or CH unless you select the add-on option. Upper assemblies take 1-2 weeks to ship. Barrel: 4150CMV, stress relieved, 1/7 twist mid-length, gas nitrocarburized for longevity; Barrels are HP/MPI tested and accuracy checked at 100 yd. Gas port is drilled to 0.078 in for smoother operation. Bolt Carrier Group: L&S Standard BCG with a heat-treated 9310 bolt and gas nitride coating. Hand Guard: Free floated and secured via wedge locking system; the JAG rail is a 6061 aluminum handguard with continuous 12 o'clock 1913 rail and multiple MLOK attachment points. Receiver Set: 7075 forged receiver set with an M16 FCG pocket and Type III hard coat anodizing. Gas Drive: 4140CMV machined gas block secured to the barrel. Finish: Type III hard coat anodize.
