CMMG DISSENT 9mm 6.5in upper receiver compatible with Mk4/standard AR-15 lower receivers (with CMMG 9AR conversion mags), as well as MkG and Mk17 lower groups.
Utilizes compact action and radial delayed blowback technology with a fixed ejector. Includes a forward non-reciprocating side charger for quick bolt operation.
Includes a 1913 Picatinny rail end plate for use in place of the lower receiver buffer tube.
