Blackout Defense Complete Dual Taper Lock .223 Wylde Forward Assist Upper Receiver Group, 11.5in Carbine Grey, upper receiver and handguard precision machined for a monolithic-like appearance with alignment pins for structural integrity. Dual Taper Lock (DTL) system uses two tapers and interlocking barrel nuts to center and stabilize the bore, reducing POI shifts. Upper receiver is machined from Aerospace Grade Aluminum with anti-rotation holes; the dust cover is fully contained within the upper receiver. Handguard provides seven sides of M-LOK mounting slots with a full-length Picatinny top rail; barrel nut is hidden for a clean look. Barrel is cryogenically treated 416-R stainless steel with 5R rifling and 1:8 twist. Bolt Carrier Group is 8620 steel with shot-peened bolts (9010/Carpenter 158 options) and inspected after heat-treat. Charging Handle is ambidextrous Stryker. Caliber is .223 Wylde. Mount is M-LOK.
