Overview: The Blackout Defense Complete Dual Taper Lock .223 Wylde Forward Assist Upper Receiver Group is a complete AR-15 upper assembly featuring a monolithic-like upper/handguard, integrated dust cover, and the Dual Taper Lock system for centering and rigidity. The DTL system uses two tapers and two interlocking barrel nuts to secure and center the barrel, providing a rigid base for mounting the handguard and reducing POI shifts. Upper receiver and handguard are precision machined from Aerospace Grade Aluminum for rigidity and a monolithic-like appearance. Handguard provides seven sides of M-LOK mounting slots with a full-length Picatinny top rail. Barrel is cryogenically treated 416-R stainless steel with 5R rifling and 1:8 twist. Bolt Carrier Group included: No. Charging Handle Included: No. Mount: M-LOK. This is an upper receiver group intended for AR-15 platforms; BCG and CH are not included.
