Overview The upper receiver group is machined from Aerospace Grade Aluminum with enhanced walls for rigidity and a monolithic-like appearance when paired with the handguard. The Dual Taper Lock (DTL) system uses two tapers and two interlocking barrel nuts to center and stabilize the bore, helping reduce POI shifts. The dust cover is fully contained within the upper receiver and held in place by the barrel nut to ensure precise alignment. The handguard provides seven sides of M-LOK mounting slots with a full-length Picatinny top rail, and the barrel nut is concealed for a cleaner look.

Barrel and rifling Barrels start with cryogenically treated 416-R stainless steel, are gun-drilled and reamed, feature 5R rifling and a 1:8 twist. The design emphasizes straighter bores, improved finish, and better accuracy. The barrel extension and two taper nuts ensure centricity and rigidity for mounting the handguard.
