Overview The Blackout Defense Complete Dual Taper Lock (DTL) complete upper is an AR-15 upper receiver group with a Forward Assist. It features the Dual Taper Lock system to secure and center the barrel and provides a monolithic-like upper/handguard assembly with alignment pins for rigidity. The upper is machined from Aerospace Grade Aluminum with anti-rotation holes for precise alignment with the handguard. The dust cover is integrated within the upper receiver. The handguard provides seven sides of M-LOK mounting slots and a full-length Picatinny top rail. Barrel is 416-R stainless steel with an enhanced extension for .300 AAC Blackout compatibility. Note: BCG and charging handle are not included; mount is M-LOK.
