Upper Group for DISSENT Mk4 in 22 ARC. Build from scratch or add to your DISSENT Mk4's caliber possibilities. The upper group uses Direct Impingement Compact Action and houses the entire action in the upper receiver. It includes a 1913 Picatinny rail end plate to use in place of the lower receiver buffer tube. Features left side charger standard; right side charging handles for direct impingement models are available. Adjustable gas block. Upper receiver is 7075-T6 Aluminum with Cerakote finishes or Hard Coat Anodized option. Barrel length 16.1 inches; overall length 25.5 inches. Weight 5.05 pounds. Hand Guard: 15" Proprietary.
