Upper Group DISSENT Mk4 300 BLK 14.5" P&W: 14.5" barrel with ZEROED SVD brake pinned and welded to extend total length to 16.1". Direct impingement Compact Action upper group houses the entire action and recoil assembly in the upper receiver. Left side charger is standard for DI models; right-side charging handles are available. All DISSENT Upper groups include a lower receiver end plate and a choice of adapter including 1913 Picatinny rail, buffer tube adapter, or DISSENT folding stock. Finishes available Cerakote or hard coat anodized. Adjustable gas block. Weight 4.0 lb; Length 23.6".
