CMMG revolutionized the PCC world with the Radial Delayed Blowback Operating System, now it's the 9mm DISSENT's turn to shake things up. This upper group combines the patent-pending Compact Action and Radial Delayed Blowback with a fixed ejector, and contains the entire action and recoil system integrated into the upper receiver. It's a soft-shooting 9mm PCC upper that works with mil-spec lowers when used with our AR Conversion Mags, MkGs and Mk17 lower receivers. A forward non-reciprocating side charger lets you manipulate the bolt quickly while aiming downrange. Radial Delayed Blowback DISSENTS feature a reversible side charger allowing you to swap the existing charging handle from left to right. All DISSENT Upper groups include a 1913 Picatinny rail end plate to use in place of the lower receiver buffer tube. Lifetime Quality Guarantee.
