WINDHAM WEAPONRY Dissipator upper in 16 inch M4 profile for 5.56 NATO / 223 Rem. Features mid-length gas system, flat top forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper with black hard coat anodized finish, and a 16 inch chrome-lined barrel finished with the A2 flash suppressor. Sights included are rear A4 dual aperture and front A2 post. The upper is a flat top with a removable carry handle. The Dissipator comes with a hard plastic gun case, black web sling, and operators manual.
