The Timney Impact AR Straight Trigger is a self-contained, drop-in upgrade engineered to deliver a crisp, clean 3 lb break for Mil-Spec AR-platform rifles. Built in a lightweight aluminum alloy housing with captive components, it’s designed for reliable performance and long service life. The hammer is wire-EDM machined from S7 tool steel for excellent wear and impact resistance, while other components are EDM cut from A2 tool steel and heat treated to Rc 56–60. Installation is straightforward using your rifle’s original hammer/trigger pins, and Timney’s proprietary design helps eliminate pin walkout. Finished in black with a straight trigger shoe, the Impact is a durable, performance-focused trigger upgrade for AR-style builds.
