The Blackside is the Gemtech suppressor designed for pistols chambered in .40 S&W and .45 ACP. The Blackside is available with direct thread mounts in .578-28 or Metric 16x1 LH. Specifications include weight of 9 oz, length of 7.6 inches, and diameter of 1.5 inches. Construction uses 7075 aluminum and stainless steel with a Matte black Cerakote finish for reduced visual-IR signature. Attachment is direct thread .578-28. Suppression performance listed as ~29 dB reduction.
