CGS Helios 5.56mm QD Titanium Suppressor 1/2x28 & 5/8x24

The CGS HELIOS QD Ti is a short, quick-attach rifle silencer designed specifically for 5.56mm rifles and carbines.

Patented "Varying Core Diameter" technology provides peak sound reduction for its size and helps eliminate flash signature while maintaining consistent, minimal, repeatable point-of-impact shift. A taper interface between the muzzle device and the suppressor helps prevent muzzle device thread carbon lock.

The system is built from DMLS Grade V Titanium (6AL4V). It uses a generous .36 bore to reduce back pressure and muzzle flash while allowing use with multiple calibers. The HELIOS QD Ti includes:

• 1/2x28 threaded rear cap
• 5/8x24 threaded rear cap
• Adapter ring threaded in 1.375x24 for industry QD mounting solutions

Interchangeable rear and front caps are included. A sealed front cap provides maximum sound reduction. A ported front cap is included for blowback mitigation for left-hand shooters or for calibers/weapon systems prone to over-gassing.

Full-auto rated with a 10" minimum barrel length restriction for 5.56mm. Handles larger calibers up to and including 300 Norma Magnum.

Coated on the exterior with PVD Black DLC; internal surfaces are coated with SX Line or Hexagonal Boron Nitride.
