The KNS Precision AR/MCX Stock Adapter with Flange provides a modular, buffer-tube-free method for mounting a picatinny-style stock attachment on compatible AR rifles.
This two-part kit includes:
- Externally-threaded adapter plug that fits into the threaded buffer socket or ring
- Adapter rail section that slides into the plug’s slot and secures together and to the firearm with a hex-socket bolt and lock washer
The integrated flange at the base of the picatinny plate adds rigidity and helps align components for repeatable performance.
The design preserves the ability to use a standard takedown pin, detent, and spring on traditional AR-15 lower receivers.
Intended for AR rifles where the MCX upper and carrier geometry aligns with the adapter’s specifications. Not compatible with a standard AR-15 lower paired with an MCX upper.
