C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO adapter plate for mounting a Vortex Venom optic to GLOCK MOS slides.
Compatibility Notes
- Will not fit the new Glock Gen 6 optic cut (Gen 6 adapters coming soon).
- Will not fit the new Vortex Venom enclosed optic.
Construction & Finish
- Plates material: 6061 aluminum
- Mounting hardware: Stainless steel
- Finish: MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodized (Black)
- Thread engagement: Replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts for 6–7 thread engagement

- 1x Optic plate
- 3x M3 x 6 mm FH plate mounting screws
- 3x 4-40 x .250 BH Vortex Venom optic mounting screws
- 3x Patented 416 stainless steel T-nuts

- Dry-fitting of parts is recommended prior to full installation.
