The Scalarworks LEAP 1.93" red dot mount for the Aimpoint CompM5s is one of the most rock-solid quick-detach red dot mounts on the market. LEAP red dot mounts are machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and use 4140H steel hardware for absolute rigidity that results in a near seamless integration between your rifle and optic. Scalarworks developed their ClickDrive quick-detach mechanism to eliminate the need for protruding levers. Features include a stronger base with a forward lean for better magnifier compatibility, chamfered side pockets for improved thumbscrew access, a redesigned clamp with discreet hardened steel pins, and a stopper indicating when the clamp is sufficiently open to clear a Picatinny rail.
