EOTECH HWS 552 XR308 is a holographic red dot sight designed for close quarters. The XR308 variant features a reticle designed for the M240 machine gun and its semiautomatic commercial counterparts. This model runs on two AA batteries and has infrared brightness settings for use with night vision. It includes an 8-hour auto shutoff to conserve battery life. This model comes in a Black finish and includes two AA batteries. For optimal ranging, the manufacturer recommends using 150-grain .308 Winchester ammunition (M59 FMJ; 2800 fps) out of a 24.8-inch barrel.
