Overview
Variable rate recoil spring for Colt Commander pistols. Variable power springs function over a wider range of loads than fixed-rate springs.
How it works
- Spring rate increases as the spring is compressed
- Helps provide greater protection against frame battering
- Promotes more consistent lockup and improved feeding
- Allows easier manual cycling of the action
Notes
- All springs are variable power.
- 18 lb spring is factory standard and includes an extra power firing pin spring.
