The ISMI recoil spring is ZEV's recommended recoil spring for Glock 19 and other 9mm, .40 and 357 model Glock pistols. Flat coil, factory style recoil rod spring.
- 11 LBS: Not recommended for any caliber above 9mm.
- 15 LBS: Best use all around for recoil management in most Glock pistols with standard ammunition of 115gr -124gr. (9mm)
- 17 LBS: 124gr.- 145gr (9mm) and any extra power ammunition loading.
