The Luth-AR BL-55 is a 5.5 in. flash hider for .223 Rem / 5.56 NATO AR-15s threaded 1/2x28. Its extended length is useful for pin-and-weld setups on shorter barrels that need to meet minimum barrel length rules. It is made from 4150 steel with a black manganese phosphate finish for corrosion and wear resistance.
