Ultradyne ATHENA Linear Compensator muzzle device for 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington rifle barrels with 1/2x28 thread pitch. CNC machined from 416R stainless steel with a nitride finish, it is designed to optimize muzzle rise by directing gas forward. Includes a timing nut for easy alignment and installation. Model: Athena. UPC 851019008262; MFG Part Number UD10660. Made in the USA, the Athena gives a cleaner appearance for a sleek look compared to traditional brakes and is a cost-effective way to upgrade a rifle to the Ultradyne Dynamount Sighting System. Gas is vented at an angle then forward to send a lower percentage of sound and gases back toward the shooter, optimizing sonic performance over recoil.
