V Seven Port Door Rod is a small durable aluminum rod designed to center the port door in the AR-15 upper receiver. It adjusts the position of the port door to apply the necessary spring pressure to keep it in place. The rod is mounted to the upper receiver with minimal force. When the rod is straight there is little side pressure; when canted there is enough tension to keep it in place. The tip of the port door rod is held in place by the port's teeth. Pins and such can be difficult to secure in position. Compatibility: AR-15, AR-10, SR-25.
