V Seven Port Door Rod Version 1 is a small durable AR-15 port door rod designed to keep the port door rod centered in the barrel by slightly adjusting the position of the port door. The rod is mounted to the upper receiver with minimal force. When the rod is straight there is very little side pressure on the port door, and when the rod is cant-ed there is enough spring force to hold it in place. The rod applies pressure to the rod portion of the assembly to lock it into place, with the tip held by the port’s small rounded teeth. Pins and such can be difficult to secure in position, so discretion is advised when applying this product to customize your firearm.
