SLR DJ8 Dimpling Jig Gas Block 0.875-Inch Journal, 7075 Billet Aluminum

SLR Gas Block Dimpling Jig is a DIY solution for dimpling an AR-15 gas block.

Constructed from 7075 billet T6 aluminum with 5 position flats for vise-mounted drilling to keep the barrel stable.

A 5/32 in drill bit is required (not included). The jig color is selected at random from Blue, Black, Orange, or Green.

Specifications and fit:

• Spacing pattern: 5 spacing options for blocks with .400in / .425in / .450in / .470in and .500in center to center
• Jig face: numbers on the jig face the front (towards muzzle)
• Dimpling guidance: spacing to be used goes on the dimple side with the drill bushing (opposite gas port)
• If using one dimple only: always dimple under the gas port
