The Area 419 Sidewinder Thread and Taper Protector is a precision multi-function accessory that safeguards the critical threads and taper surface on the Area 419 Universal Adapter.

Machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum and treated with a black nitride finish, it helps prevent galling during installation and removal. Blue Loctite is recommended for secure mounting.
