Brownells professional-quality Barrel Vise designed to clamp barrels and keep them from turning during removal/installation.

Construction & Fit

• Blocks: Steel, blued
• Includes split barrel bushings in multiple sizes to match barrel shank diameters
• #7 bushing: steel bushing with 1.150" I.D.

Dimensions (blocks)

• Top block: 4-1/2" x 3" x 1-1/2"
• Bottom block: 7" x 3" x 1-1/8"

Hardware included

• 4 Allen head bolts: 1/2"-20 x 2"
• Bottom block drilled and countersunk for 1/2" diameter mounting bolts

Bushing material

• Bushings: C.R.S. steel (blue finish) or 6160 aluminum (natural finish)
• All bushings: 3" long and 3/4" diameter

Steel and aluminum vise sets include bushings #4, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10 and #11. Other bushing sizes must be purchased separately.
