EGW oversize firing pin stop designed for rear Bomar cuts. This firing pin stop is wider than standard to prevent extractor rotation and improve ejection reliability. It is thicker to eliminate lateral movement. Inside corners are radiused to prevent cracking and extend life. The back corner has a .015 radius to break the edge while slowing the slide opening. Rockwell hardness tested at 48 Rc. Available for all 1911 models. Not a drop-in part; oversize and must be fit to provide the stated benefits. Series 80 firing pin stops will work in Series 70 guns; Series 70 stops will only work in Series 70 guns.
