EGW Oversize Firing Pin Stop for Rear Sight Cut for 1911 slides with rear Bomar cut. Oversized firing pin stop is wider than normal to prevent extractor from turning and thicker to eliminate lateral movement. Inside corners radiused to prevent cracking, back corner radius to slow the slide opening. Rockwell tested: 48 Rc. Available for all models of the 1911. This part is not drop-in. It is oversized, and must be fit, in order to provide the customer with the benefits stated above. Series 70 firing pin stops will work in Series 70 guns. Series 80 firing pin stops will only work in Series 70 guns.
