Midwest Industries Upper Receiver Action Rod is a steel tool designed for AR-10 and LR-308 upper builds. Machined from 4140 ordnance grade steel with a black oxide finish. It works with LR308 and AR10 308 barrels and receivers and is ideal for barrel nut installations and muzzle device installs. It can be used to install forward assists and port doors, and is compatible with forged and billet LR308 and AR10 upper receivers. The tool is designed to remove stubborn or seized barrel nuts without damaging the upper exterior.
