The Magpul BEV Block (Barrel Extension Vise Block) is a compact, all-in-one gunsmithing tool engineered for AR-15/M4 assembly and maintenance. It mounts securely in a bench vise to provide robust support for both billet and forged upper receivers when installing barrel nuts, flash hiders, and other components.

The tool solidly engages the barrel extension with steel lugs and a full-length steel support shank to reduce flex. Magpul’s durable polymer engagement surfaces safeguard aluminum receivers from damage. An O-ring post uses the bolt carrier for added stability, and an included pin helps keep the upper in the correct position.

Flip the BEV Block over to use it as a mag well vise block for lower receiver support during maintenance.
