Sinclair chamber plug designed for the 284 Winchester cartridge.

Use case:

  • Seals the chamber and bore to help prevent solvents and oils from running back into the action when the rifle is left upright.
  • For heavily fouled barrels: seal the chamber, fill the barrel with your preferred solvent, and allow soak time.

Notes:

  • If you leave overnight, seal the muzzle end with tape to help prevent evaporation.
  • Fill the barrel all the way to the muzzle end for best results.
  • When storing guns for a long time, these plugs can help manage fluid migration.
