Rougher vs. finish reamers

• Roughers remove material and are .010" smaller in diameter than the final size
• Roughers should not cut the throat area
• Use roughers to save wear on the finish reamer when producing many chambers
• If only a few chambers are cut, use a finish reamer only

Specs

• Pistol reamers: 6 right-hand cutting flutes
• Solid pilot and integral throat
• Available in two pilot diameter configurations:
  • Barrel: for single-shot or semi-auto pistol and rifle barrels
  • Cylinder: for revolver cylinders
• Shank: 7/16" dia. shank with 3/8" square drive (depending on caliber)
• Shank note: "1/2" round shank on .22 RF
