Recommended RPM guidance (depending on horsepower):

  • 1/2 hp or under: 6" wheels at 3600 RPM
  • 1/2 hp or over: 8" wheels at 1800 RPM
  • 3/4 hp or over: 10" wheels at 1800 RPM (10" for experienced polishers only)
