The Hogue 18223 Extension Base Pad is designed to enhance control and comfort on Glock 42 .380 ACP 6-round magazines by extending below the magazine to provide an additional finger groove for a fuller hand grip. Built from durable thermoplastic elastomer with Hogue’s Cobblestone texture, it improves purchase and helps protect your magazine during quick reload ground drops. Installation is simple, and the magazine is not included.
