# MDT Metal AICS Magazine - 12 RND These MDT AICS-pattern metal magazines are designed with a Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design for reduced overall height. They are available with or without the front binder plate and are built from high strength steel, nitrided, and finished inside and outside with Cerakote Elite for durability and corrosion resistance. ## Specifications - Outside length: 3.055 inches (approx. 77.6 mm) - COAL with binder plate: 2.870 inches (approx. 72.9 mm) - COAL without binder plate: 2.960 inches (approx. 75.2 mm) - Rear height: 4.61 inches (approx. 117 mm) - Capacity: 12 rounds ## Compatibility & Use - Calibers: .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor - Pattern: MDT AICS-magazine compatible bottom metal or chassis systems - Some actions may require minor modifications; the binder plate version affects maximum COAL - Binder plate notes: with binder plate, max COAL is 2.870"; without binder plate, max COAL is 2.960" ## Construction & Finish - Material: high-strength steel, nitrided - Finish: Cerakote Elite inside and outside ## Compatibility Note - These magazines will need to be slightly modified to function with Howa 1500 SA rifles.
