Cross Armory's Safe Mag for DPMS-pattern .308 AR-10 lowers is a magazine release that frees the magazine only when the upper and lower receivers are separated. It is intended to be consistent with fixed-magazine laws, and a new magazine can still be inserted with the receivers closed without stressing the hardware. Black finish.
