The Pearce Grip 1045+ replaces the floor plate on Glock factory M20, M21, M29, M40 and M41 magazines and adds two rounds of capacity. It fits high-capacity magazines only, not the 10-round M20 and M21 or the 10-round M30. It works on third- and fourth-generation Glocks, and on the 9-round M30 magazine it brings capacity to 11 rounds.
