CZ Bren 2 MS is a pistol-form AR-pattern firearm chambered in 7.62x39mm with an 11.14 inch barrel. It features a trimmed-down aluminum receiver and a lower made from carbon fiber reinforced polymer. The reciprocating charging handle is replaced with a forward-stowed design that stays in place until needed and can be swapped side to side to function as a forward assist. An AR-style bolt catch/release is mirrored on both sides, and the magazine release and safety are ambidextrous. The flush rear plate accepts a AR-style buffer tube for installing an arm brace or similar pistol stabilizing device. Uses 7.62x39mm factory magazines for hold-open and reliable feeding. All variants support different barrel lengths. This model is black and ships new.
