The Blackout Defense Quantum DTL .300 BLK rifle is a precision platform built around the Dual Taper Lock (DTL) barrel system. The 13.9 inch pinned and welded heavy-profile 416R stainless steel barrel features 5R rifling and thermal expansion ring cuts, gun-drilled, lapped, and stress-relieved for consistent accuracy under prolonged fire. Finished in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) with a forward assist upper receiver, the rifle includes a Superlative Arms adjustable gas block for optimized cycling, making it ideal for suppressed shooting or close-to-mid-range engagements. Designed for adaptability, the Quantum DTL features a 7-sided M-LOK handguard with full-length slots and a Picatinny top rail, secured by anti-rotation pins for a monolithic-like structure. Ambidextrous controls, including a bolt catch, magazine release, and 45/90-degree selector, pair with the Stryker ambidextrous charging handle for seamless operation across shooting preferences. The Zero Short Reset Trigger delivers a crisp, clean break with rapid reset, enabling fast, precise follow-ups, while the robust 8620 steel bolt carrier group, with a shot-peened and HP-tested bolt, ensures enduring reliability. The KeyMo-compatible muzzle device offers seamless suppressor integration, enhancing the .300 BLK’s versatility for subsonic and supersonic rounds. Built to endure extreme conditions, this rifle combines a cryogenically treated barrel with low-profile QD sling mounts for tactical flexibility. The .300 BLK chambering excels in delivering powerful ballistics with minimal recoil, making it perfect for both range and field use. The Quantum DTL represents a revolution in rifle design, blending next-generation engineering with rugged durability to perform as relentlessly as its user.
