PSA Complete MOE Pistol Lower Receiver, Black. Fully assembled AR-15 pistol lower ready for a pistol upper. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum forging and hardcoat anodized MIL-A-8625F Type III Class 2. Includes Magpul MOE grip and Magpul MOE trigger guard. Standard carbine buffer and pistol receiver extension (extension may be fluted). Hammer is un-notched and compatible with 9mm use.
